What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text). Order details: your panel domains, admin usernames and encrypted admin passwords needed for provisioning.

Billing records: invoices, amounts, order counts and payment confirmations. Support tickets and the emails our system sends you are logged so we can audit and resend.

What we never collect

We do not store card or wallet credentials — crypto payments are confirmed by the payment provider, which only tells us an invoice was paid. We do not track visitors across other sites and run no third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

Your data runs the service: provisioning panels, generating usage invoices, sending renewal reminders and answering tickets. Feature-update emails only go to accounts that keep the opt-in switched on, and every such email carries an unsubscribe path.

Sharing

We share the minimum needed with the infrastructure that powers your panel: the Manager for provisioning, the payment provider for checkout, and the mail server for delivery. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Retention and deletion

Account and billing records are kept while your panels exist and as required for accounting afterwards. Terminated panel data may be removed. Ask for export or deletion through a support ticket and we will action it unless the law requires retention.
